Expressions ("the Service") is a browser-based tool for turning images, GIFs, and short videos into Discord-ready emoji and stickers, operated by Merson316. These Terms govern your use of the Service, including its optional shared Discord bot integration. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
All image, GIF, and video processing happens locally in your browser. The Service does not require an account to crop, resize, or export files for download.
The Service optionally lets you upload generated emoji and stickers directly to a Discord server, using a bot operated by Merson316 and shared across everyone using the Service. To use this feature, you sign in with Discord to prove you actually belong to, and have sufficient permission in, the server you're directing the bot to act on. The bot only creates emoji or stickers when you explicitly choose to upload one; it does not act on its own.
This is an independently operated, personal project provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Availability isn't guaranteed, and features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merson316 is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Use of the Discord integration is also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Developer Policy, which govern Discord's platform independently of these Terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
